Julie Bagley

Julie has over 20 years of experience working in Capital Markets and Syndicate. She served in various capital markets and syndicate roles at Weild & Co., Maxim Group, MLV & Co., Meredith Whitney Securities, Stanford Group Company, Keefe, Bruyette & Woods and Gerard Klauer Mattison. Her expertise includes origination and execution for IPOs, follow-ons, PIPEs, SPACs, reverse mergers, up-listings as well as corporate access. She earned a BS-Business Administration and MS-Accounting and Tax from UNC-Chapel Hill. She earned her MBA from New York University. She is an Executive Board Member of Women’s Syndicate Association, and she serves on the Executive Leadership Council for Autism Speaks. Julie is a CPA and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
