Nicholas is Managing Director – Investment Banking at Revere Securities. Nicholas is a seasoned investment banker, investor, and operator. Before joining Revere, he was a Managing Director at Chatsworth Securities, where he worked on capital raises and M&A. Earlier in his career, he held COO roles at two tech companies where he raised more than $20mn in venture capital funding and saw an exit via acquisition, and also held the CFO role at a middle-market architecture firm. Prior to his experience as an operator, he covered the Consumer/Retail sector at Evercore and as an analyst at Honeycomb Asset Management. He holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
