Oseas is the Chief Financial Officer at Revere Securities. He joined Revere in 2017, bringing decades of experience and leadership in securities and trading specifically in the broker dealer industry. Oseas previously served as acting Chief Financial Officer for Laidlaw & Company where he worked for 17 years before joining Revere Securities. Oseas brings expertise in US GAAP and SEC reporting, corporate budgeting and forecasting as well as cash and credit management.
At Revere, Oseas is responsible for managing all financial operations at the firm, ultimately overseeing and ensuring the integrity, timeliness, transparency, legal and regulatory compliance of all financial functions.
Oseas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Hunter College. He holds a FINRA Series 27 securities license with over 21 years of FINOP experience, which includes all regulatory filings and reporting. Oseas has also held the SIE Exam and Series 99 since 2023.
